Please read them carefully. --- 1. Booking and Payment 1.1. A reservation is confirmed upon full payment or as per the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. 1.2. All payments must be made via Airbnb’s secure payment system. We do not accept cash payments. 1.3. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old (or as required by local regulations). --- 2. Check-in & Check-out 2.1. Check-in time: 4pm | Check-out time: 10am 2.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges. 2.3. Guests must return the property in the same condition as they found it. 2.4 Guests are to return any keys to the lockbox. Additional fees will apply if a key is lost. --- 3. House Rules 3.1. No smoking inside the property. 3.2. No parties or events unless explicitly approved. 3.3. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. 3.4. Quiet hours: 10pm to 6am. 3.5. Pets are not allowed on the property. --- 4. Cancellations & Refunds 4.1. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the Airbnb’s cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking. 4.2. In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full booking amount. 4.3. If a guest chooses to leave earlier than their booking period, no refunds will be issued unless agreed upon. --- 5.
