• Please keep in mind there is NO on-site parking, however guests are more than welcome to park in the left hand driveway in front of the black garage door for 5-10 minutes to load / offload people and luggage. There is usually ample street parking within a 1-2 minute walk, especially in the surf club car park and down Norman Street. • Please note that the building complex has other apartments with young kids so we aren't able to allow parties or loud gatherings in this Apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone in the community. • Whilst this apartment has a strict no-party policy, you’re only a 30-second walk from the Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club, which can host parties, functions and events with an amazing view. Just a two-minute walk away is a great local restaurant called Margherita Daze, which also hosts events and offers equally stunning views. At the end of the night, you can simply retire to the apartment, only footsteps away. • Additionally, whilst you're more than welcome to enjoy music etc, please be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 8pm, to respect the privacy and comfort of everyone else in the building complex. We appreciate your cooperation in these guidelines. We stayed four nights and it was best holiday we had even though we had planned only for a couple of days initially. Apartment felt very welcoming and comfortable. Dean really tries to make your stay enjoyable.

Great stay. Perfect location in walking distance to everything. The place was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. There was also lots of useful inclusions, salt & pepper, dishwashing tablets, shampoo/conditioner, nice hand soaps, cute little arrival gift and note, very very comfortable stay and a great price too. Communication was also excellent! Any questions we had were answered immediately. We definitely hope to be back, it’s a quality property with great hosts.

Thank you so much to Dean for hosting us and for being extremely active and helpful when needed. The place was extremely wonderful, clean, and just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. The neighbours were also very kind. I felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed during the entire stay. Check-in was smooth and communication with Dean was excellent throughout. The place had everything we needed and was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again in the future. xx

This place was perfect for our needs, easy access, comfortable, wonderful view. Kitchen was fully equipped and there were all the essentials available in the pantry. Comfortable beds and great shower. Dean and Adam checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. What a great week, Thank you!

Beautiful beachside property. We cooked frequently and the kitchen has a great selection of pots/pans - even a crock pot! The view is stunning!!! We loved sitting on patio, grilling, the beach and walking to town. All hosts are wonderful & very responsive. This is our second time renting from them and we will absolutely be back. 10/10 recommend.

This was probably the best equipped and located place I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful modern art and furniture, everything was supplied and the location could not be better. Will definitely come back
