• Please keep in mind there is NO on-site parking, however guests are more than welcome to park in the left hand driveway in front of the black garage door for 5-10 minutes to load / offload people and luggage. There is usually ample street parking within a 1-2 minute walk, especially in the surf club car park and down Norman Street. • Please note that the building complex has other apartments with young kids so we aren't able to allow parties or loud gatherings in this Apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone in the community. • Whilst this apartment has a strict no-party policy, you’re only a 30-second walk from the Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club, which can host parties, functions and events with an amazing view. Just a two-minute walk away is a great local restaurant called Margherita Daze, which also hosts events and offers equally stunning views. At the end of the night, you can simply retire to the apartment, only footsteps away. • Additionally, whilst you're more than welcome to enjoy music etc, please be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 8pm, to respect the privacy and comfort of everyone else in the building complex. We appreciate your cooperation in these guidelines.
